In Home Consultations
On the initial walk through, I can look at your home with “Buyers Eyes” and answer your questions. I will also suggest updates that will help a potential buyer see your home as their own. Using your available resources, we will create a plan to bring the vision to life. The transformation begins with curb appeal and continues throughout your home. In about 2 to 3 hours, you will receive an action plan and check list that will let you know what needs to be done to create that vision.
Occupied Staging
With 9 out of 10 buyers doing research on line before they ever go look at a home, you need to put your best image upfront. Using what you have along with a shopping list (if needed), we will do hands-on staging, rearranging furniture, and hanging wall art you might have. We will show the buyer the potential of that space. The buyer wants a vision for the home and I help bring that to life.
New Home or Redesign your Existing Home
Whether you just moved in or you simply want a new look. I will use items that you already have in your home and will recommend additions, if needed.
Shopping Services
Not sure what to buy or simply don’t have the time? We’ll work together to create a budget and I will personally shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home. A great way to save you time in your busy schedule.
Senior Moving Services
Staging and Design by Lisa Marie will help you along the way with making your move from a larger home to something smaller that fits your current needs. During this transition I can help you with organizing, decluttering and assistance in what you will need and want in your new home. I will then help decorate your new home as well as stage your existing home in preparation for its sale.
Organizing and Decluttering
If you are downsizing, or just want to get organized, and don’t know what to keep or throw, donate or sell, I can help you with the decision process. Even if you have stuff everywhere and don’t know where to start, I can help organize and release you from the stress of it all.
