In Home Consultations
On the initial walk through I can look at your home with “Buyers Eyes” and answer your questions. I will also suggest updates that will help a potential buyer see your home as their own. Using resources you already have available, we will create a plan to bring the vision to life. The transformation begins with curb appeal and continues throughout your home. In about 2 hours, you will receive an action plan and check list that will let you know what needs to be done to create that vision.

Now after the consultation, we find that your home just needs a few touch-ups to start making and impact. A half day of work might be the perfect solution.

Half-day of Staging or Redesign
With 9 out of 10 buyers doing research on line before they ever go look at a home, you need to put your best image upfront.  Using your accessories or the designer’s, I take your high impact rooms and show the buyer the potential of that space.  The buyer wants a vision for the home and I help bring that it life.  I will provide beautiful photos of your home that your real estate agent can use in  their marketing efforts.

If at the end of the consultation you and I decide that you need more than the half day, then we move forward with a full day.

Full-day of Staging or Redesign
When a buyer wants to move, many times it’s because they want something bigger, brighter and cleaner then they currently have. This is where we take the vision and really bring it to life. By bringing out each rooms personality and addressing the wants of the buyer, we help them see that, “This is Home!” I can use your accessories, or use my own to complete the vision for each room. I will provide beautiful photos of your home that your real estate agent can use in their marketing efforts.

New Listing or Open House Weekend

If you are just putting your home on the market or getting ready for an Open House Weekend, this is for you. I will meet with you and discuss what will be needed to create a warm and inviting place the buyers will want to call Home! I can help arrange necessary services for painting, carpet cleaning, handy-man, and storage units, etc. I will provide beautiful photos of your home that your real estate agent can use in their marketing efforts.
